Prince Edward Island polls

Provincial voting intention. Every poll from the past six months counts, weighted by its decided sample and how recent it is; a poll a party commissioned counts at half weight.

Trend

The weighted average over the past two years. The band around each line is the uncertainty on that average, which is the part worth reading: where two bands overlap, the order of those two parties is not established.

Every poll whose fieldwork ended in the past 180 days counts, not just each firm's latest: Prince Edward Island has one regular pollster, so one poll per firm would let a single poll stand in for the whole average. Each poll is weighted by its decided sample and by a recency decay with a 90-day half-life, and a poll a party commissioned counts at half weight. Others, chiefly the Island Party, are held at their 2023 share, because recent polls do not offer the Island Party by name, and the four main parties share the rest. No house-effect correction is applied: with one regular firm there is nothing to measure it against. When no poll falls inside the window, the average reaches back to the most recent ones.

A dash means the party was not offered as an option in that poll, which is different from polling at zero.
